Every Bus Earns Its Dispatch
Quality is a checkpoint at every stage, not a single test at the end. Each TRBL bus goes through structural, shower, electrical and roadworthiness checks before customer dispatch.
Four checks. Every bus. No exceptions.
Structural Verification
Body strength, joint integrity and dimensional verification on a sample-and-cycle basis backed by fixture-based inspection.
Shower / Leakage Test
Full-body water test simulating monsoon — verifying roof, joints, door seals and glazing for water-tightness.
Electrical Validation
Harness continuity, insulation resistance and HV battery system checks. Insulation Monitoring Device (IMD) verified on every bus.
Roadworthiness Loop
On-site test loop covering acceleration, braking, ride and driveline behaviour — every bus signed off before dispatch.
Built on automotive-grade discipline
Process Control
PFMEA / PPAP-style documentation for every CKD/SKD OEM customer. Process audits tied to IATF 16949 discipline.
Inline Quality Gates
Gate inspections between every major stage — fabrication, body, paint, trim — to catch issues at the lowest cost of rework.
Customer PDI
Pre-Delivery Inspection records shared with the customer along with traceable build data per vehicle.
