15 Years, Built Step by Step

From a rented toolroom in 2011 to a 750,000 sq ft EV bus facility in 2026 — every machine, certification and shed extension behind the TRBL story.

2011
  • Established Toolroom on rented land with basic conventional m/c and one VMC (1 mtr).
2012
  • Added VMC (1.5 Mtr) and started casting tools manufacturing.
  • Tooling range increased to 1.5 Mtr.
2014
  • Purchased Faro Flex Arm CMM and started in-house CMM inspection.
  • Ordered 500T mechanical machine.
2016
  • Constructed own toolroom premises (16,000 sq.ft); relocated the Tooling Division.
  • Added 3 Mtr VMC, 500T Mechanical and 600T Hydraulic presses.
  • Tooling range increased to 3 Mtr.
2018
  • Started production unit under PSR Industries with 8× 160T–350T presses.
  • Added 4 Mtr VMC; tooling range upgraded to 4 Mtr.
2020
  • Added Trumpf 5-axis 3D laser cut m/c — started 3D & 2D laser cutting in-house.
  • Purchased 1,20,000 sq.ft facility in Bhosari with 500T–1200T presses.
2022
  • Converted from proprietorship to Pvt Ltd.
  • IATF certification done; Accurate fixed CMM, Faro Flex CMM + Scanner added.
  • 1000T / 800T / 500T machines added.
2024
  • New ISGEC MPS line added (600T–350T, 5 m/c).
  • Two new Trumpf & Prima 5-axis 3D laser machines, 2D laser & 1200T press added.
  • VSA audit certification — Green Category.
2025
  • 10,000 sq.ft stamping shop extension; 60,000 sq.ft shed extension under construction.
  • Brand new 2500T Servo Hydraulic & 1200T Hyd m/c installation in progress.
  • Purchased Plant 4 — 15 acres for bus body building (TRBL).
2026
  • Adding 2 new facilities — Unit 5 and Unit 6 (TRBL EV bus production scale-up).
