Six Integrated Stages, Zero Compromises

How a TRBL bus is built — from the first CAD model to the final roadworthiness test. Every stage happens in-house at Vijayawada.

  1. 01

Advanced Design & 3D CAD Engineering

Every TRBL platform begins in CAD. We model the full vehicle and validate structure, aerodynamics, NVH and packaging before metal is cut.

  2. 02

    Modern Manufacturing Infrastructure

Trumpf & Prima 5-axis 3D laser, HSG 2D laser, plasma cutters and ISGEC press lines feed precision blanks into the line.

  3. 03

    Fabrication & Body Assembly

Robotic welding cells with dedicated jigs assemble steel or aluminium body structures with dimensional repeatability.

  4. 04

    Electrical, HVAC & Battery Integration

Battery pack, BMS, drivetrain, HVAC, lighting and infotainment harnesses are installed and tested for continuity and insulation.

    Surface Prep & Painting

Eco-friendly pre-treatment chemistry feeds dedicated paint booths and ovens — corrosion resistance and long-life gloss in three booths.

Final Quality Gate

Four checks. Every bus. No exceptions.

Structural

Body strength, joint integrity and dimensional verification.

Shower Test

Full-body water-tightness across roof, joints and door seals.

Electrical

Harness continuity, insulation and HV battery system validation.

Roadworthiness

On-site test loop — every bus signed off before dispatch.
