TRBL Electric Mobility is the EV bus division of PSR Toolings & Stampings Pvt Ltd — a 14-year-old manufacturer with deep expertise in precision tooling, stamping, and bus body building.
From a Toolroom to an EV Future
PSR's journey began in 2011 with a small toolroom and a single VMC. Over 14 years we scaled into a Pvt Ltd company with four business units, 550+ employees, IATF certification, and long-standing relationships with global OEMs including Tata Motors, Mahindra, Volkswagen, Skoda and MAN.
In 2025 we acquired a 15-acre land parcel in Andhra Pradesh to launch our Coach Manufacturing Division — Unit-4, a 750,000 sq ft facility purpose-built for bus body fabrication, painting, and assembly with a capacity of 400 buses a month.
With TRBL Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd, we now bring that same precision discipline to zero-emission electric buses — executing the entire programme in-house, from concept and 3D CAD design to body fabrication, painting, electrical & HVAC integration, and final road-worthiness testing.
