Our 15-Acre Coach Manufacturing Flagship
Purpose-built for electric and conventional bus body manufacturing — Unit-4 in Veerappanenigudam hosts every stage of bus production under one roof, with capacity to ship 400 buses every month.
Six production zones, one continuous flow
A bus enters as steel coils and laser-cut blanks, and leaves as a road-worthy electric coach — every step happens inside this site.
Fabrication Bays
Trumpf & Prima 5-axis 3D laser cutting, HSG 2D laser, plasma cutting (3 × 13 m) and stretching machines feed precision blanks into the bus build line.
Robotic Body Shop
Robotic welding cells with dedicated jigs and fixtures deliver consistent body-in-white quality across steel and aluminium structures.
Press Shop
ISGEC MPS press line (350–600 T) handles structural panels in-house — feeding the same Tier-1 grade sheet metal PSR ships to leading OEMs.
Paint & Pre-treatment
Three dedicated paint booths with ovens and eco-friendly pre-treatment chemistry for corrosion resistance and long-life gloss finishes.
Trim & Final Assembly
Interior, seating, glazing, lighting and HVAC integration with five overhead cranes managing sub-assembly flow across the line.
Quality & Roadworthiness
Shower-test cabin, structural & electrical QA, plus an on-site roadworthiness loop where every bus is signed off before dispatch.
